    Because GoPro uses Anti-Flicker 50Hz or 60Hz as the PAL NTSC selection mechanism that’s why. So if you are wondering how to turn on 60fps in some modes like Max Lens Video, you need to set your Anti-Flicker to 60Hz The label is stupid but it sort of make sense, can’t fault them.
