I am sure based on the title alone and people who search for it will probably encounter this issue or is troubleshooting this issue at this moment.

Most of the time ZHA with this little device is due to:-

  1. Poor WiFi – Check your signal strength, and see if your ping between your Home Assistant and the Sonoff ZBBridge is stable.
  2. Bad USB Power – That’s right, this device is extremely picky about the power source
  3. Bad USB Cable – Expanding from point 2, a bad cable might cause unstable power, which will power the ESP8266 board with no issue, but will not be enough to power the Silicon Labs EFR32MG21 module.
